Our bodies produce toxins but we have built-in mechanisms to cast them out naturally or detoxify. However, an overload of toxins and inability to cast them out of our body could cause damaging build up in our bodies. This build up leads to all sorts of health issues, ailments, and chronic diseases such as heart conditions, digestive problems and respiratory ailments. This is especially critical with age.
Toxins come from:

- antibotics fed to animals and farmed fish
- external pollutants absorbed by crops and animals
