Please note: We do not autoship. What you ordered is the product you will be shipped. You would need to reorder if you want to purchase further products. If you are charged for additional products that you did not order, the charge is not coming from By Design Supplements. Please check where those charges are coming from and contact that company for further explanation of the charges. Beware of free trial scams. We do not provide your personal information to outside companies that are not part of By Design Supplements or our parent company JAC Enterprise. Shipping Time:

Within 24 hours of confirmed payment, Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Pacific Standard/Daylight Time.

Shipping within Canada and the United States:

Free shipping. All orders are sent through Canada Post standard parcel. Your orders should arrive within 6-10 business days; maybe up to 14 business for the United States due to Customs. Please contact us if you require faster delivery method which will be an additional cost. We do not ship to postal boxes.

Shipping to International Countries :

Please Contact Us first before you place your order to ensure we ship to your country and to determine the shipping cost.

All countries have their own laws of what products are admissible and what are not. Please ensure that your parcel can go through customs in your country as the onus lies with the customer for any additional costs.
